The 2019/20 Formula E Season will finish in Berlin with nine races in just six days over three different layouts.
18th June 2020
The season was suspended in March for two months and then this continued through June and now it's been decided that the season will end in Berlin at the Tempelhof Airport.
It has now been announced that there will be three double-header events, the 5/6, 8/9 and 12/13 of August to complete the season following the FIA's approval.
There will be three different track layouts to make the racing more interesting and exciting as well as unpredictable.
To meet the German government guidelines, the races will happen behind doors and only essential staff and competitors will be allowed access.
Before the break due to coronavirus, there had been five races in which Techeetah's Antonio Felix da Costa leads the championship on 67pts. Jaguar's Mitch Evans is second on 56pts while BMW's Alexander Sims is third on 46pts.
Techeetah have an eight point lead over BMW in the Teams Championship while the NIO Formula E team are yet to score.
