RESUME & ABOUT
Professional
info
I was born in Dunoon, Scotland and have lived in the town since. My father owns a local restaurant in which I have worked in since 2016. I started watching Formula One in 2008 due to the influence of my mother; who used to watch the sport back in the 90s. I have a younger brother who's into football so he keeps me updated with all the latest news and transfers. I'm an easy-going, kind and determined person who wants to one-day, report and write about fast cars.

Dunoon Observer
Work experience
2016 - 2017
I was able to get work experience by working at my local paper when I was in S4. For a period of six months, I would go on a Thursday afternoon and do stuff around the office like: looking at files and sorting them on the computer, planning upcoming articles and looking back on recent papers. I had a number of articles published in the paper including: local issues, sporting news and school news.
Argyll & Bute Council
Day-out
2016
My first article for the Dunoon Observer went down really well, that well that my council, Argyll & Bute, invited me to go and spend a day with their media team. I spent the day in the media area with their team, attended a Council meeting and then wrote an article on a local charity. This article was then published online on the council website.

City of Glasgow College
2019 - 2021
I started studying at the City of Glasgow College in August 2019 undergoing a two-year HND in Digital Journalism.
Dunoon Grammar School
2013 - 2019
After graduating from Primary School, Dunoon Primary School, I then spent the next six years at Dunoon Grammar School. I'm one of those people who actually liked school but in terms of qualifications, I did not get the maximum from them. My school highlight: being Head Boy in my final year.
